Me and Mommy got a free Hawaiian vacation!
Okay, not really. I had to go to the doctor to try to figure out why I don't chew or eat much of anything, so the Air Force sent us to Hawaii.

This is me waiting at the gate in Misawa. And I mean THE gate. The airport only has one.
This is Tripler Army Medical Center. It's very big and very pink. It's also on a hill. Only Mommy says it's not really a hill, it's a volcano.
This is me fooling around while I waited for the ENT. It's a good thing Mommy didn't take pictures after because I was MAD! They stuck a camera up my nose to look down my throat! I did not like it. But, they said my vocal cords look normal.
On our way out of the hospital, I met Indy. He's a therapy dog and I liked him a lot. He let me pet him!
One day after my appointments, we went to Ala Moana Shopping Center. We had dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. I was kind of tired when we first got there and Mommy decided to take embarrassing pictures of me.
That's okay though, I got her back and drank almost all of her frozen pineapple and other stuff drink.
I also decided that I was going to eat part of Mommy's dinner... it started out more like suck the tartar sauce off the fish, but I figured out that fish doesn't require chewing, so I ate the whole piece!
After dinner, I tried on my new shirt and shark flip-flops! They are pretty cool. I even picked some pretty flower ones out for Na-Na (that's my name for Maddie). I hope she likes them!

On Thursday, me and Mommy went to Pearl Harbor and saw the USS Missouri.
This guy is really big! I guess he must be pretty important.

We saw the Unconditional Surrender statue...
And I got to go on the really big boat!
This is the new silly face I make. I finally figured out how to make kissy lips.
This is the Public Affairs office aboard the Missouri. If Daddy was in the Navy, he'd probably work in something that looks like this. But with newer cameras and computers.
On our last day in Hawaii, Mommy and me went to the pool at Tripler. It was a really long walk up and down 96 stairs and a lot of hills. But it was fun!
Finally, we goed home to Misawa. I had some apple juice on the plane from Tokyo to Misawa...
And then played with the cup for the rest of the flight.
I am very glad to be home with my Daddy and Na-Na.
